Update: I stopped enjoying a beer every night. I tried rum and pineapple cocktails, but I didn’t enjoy that either. Now I drink carrot juice. Yes. Drinking is illegal at your age in most countries. Even if the amount were small, drinking every single day suggests addiction. This needs to be dealt with before it affects your wellbeing. Also, if you live in certain countries, this could get you AND your parents thrown in jail if you do not get help and stop. Do not attempt to stop alone. 1.5 litres is about 2 pints. If it’s the only alcohol you drink, you’ll be a bit above the UK government’s safe drinking limit but, if it’s standard strength beer you’ll probably have a reasonable chance of living a normal life without significant drink-related illness. However, the chances of getting a drink-related illness will be significantly higher than if you’re more moderate with your consumption and have two consecutive alcohol-free days per week. Hard to say really, it depends on your weight, sex, age, work rate, the strength of the beer, etc and various other factors.
